Our approach
Every Lantec project begins with a comprehensive Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP). We conduct pre-start hazard assessments and daily toolbox talks to maintain awareness and accountability on every site.
All employees and subcontractors undergo site-specific inductions before starting work. We invest heavily in ongoing training, including First Aid certification, Working at Heights, and hazardous substance handling.
We use a systematic approach to hazard identification and risk control, following the Hierarchy of Controls to eliminate or minimise risks at the source. Incident reporting is mandatory and acted upon promptly.
