Scope of work
Standard Linings — Wall, ceiling and partition linings to NZS 4251. Speed-jointed and stopped to spec.
Fire-Rated Systems — 30/60/90/120-minute fire-rated walls and ceilings, certified to NZBC C-clauses.
Acoustic Linings — STC-rated wall and inter-tenancy systems for apartments, hotels and retirement.
Suspended Ceilings — Grid and concealed-tee ceiling systems with full service penetration coordination.
Bulkheads & Detail — Feature bulkheads, curved soffits, shadow lines — set out from architect’s drawings.
Level-5 Finishes — Skim-coat level-5 finishes for raking light and gloss-paint exposed surfaces.
